Ladies, Start Your Rolling Pins!
The season for baking has begun and I am right in the thick of it. On November 20, 2008 I made cranberry bread. This unusual and rare event will go down in history.
Actually, my daughter Louise (who just graduated from nursing school!) is the baker in the family. My mom was quite the baker too. This quilt above is called "Penelope's Art: A Tribute to My Mother's Cinnamon Rolls" and was made in her honor.
I guess the baking gene skips a generation.
