Solo Exhibit in Sitges, Spain
I was fortunate to have a solo exhibit of my art quilts while in Sitges, Spain at the Spanish Patchwork Festival. The exhibit took place in a municipal building a short walk from the building where I was teaching. It was so crowded at times, my husband, Steve, and I would sneak out for a glass of wine.
Here's a slide show of the exhibit. And here's a video we took below:

Your quilts look so good against the architecture of the building. The language of your customers may be different but the scenario is familiar.

Laura, what a HOOT!! Way fun to see them swooning over fusing! I can hardly wit until I get to take your workshop in Payson (AZ) in November so I can do some my swooning in person, AND over my OWN fused quilts! Yay for you, you Spanish celebrity, you!

Laura, I had the chance to meet you in person in Sitges, during the exhibition and I missed so much not having been able to take one of your workshops. I love your quilts. I knew your work before the exhibition but having seem those piceces of art in person is just an experience. I do hope you come back to Spain so we can all learn from you.
