Fanciful Stitches Give Away Anon!

Can there ever be too much of a good thing? Yes. Two weeks of loafing around the house will eventually catch up with you. But I shall now buckle down and prepare for another preview of a project from my new book, Fanciful Stitches: Colorful Quilts tomorrow. It's called the Light House.
I will also gather my wits and a Fist Full of Thread! to give away to some lucky reader leaving a comment on this blog tomorrow. But first, another nap.

Snow removal gives one the opportunity for snow dyeing, yes? ;)

Have fun in the snow!

We had snow flurries in Jacksonville (FL) yesterday - that was enough for me! Sometimes I miss the snow & the cold .... but today? Not so much!! Enjoy your day, Laura!

I love snow, but where I live, not snowfall.
I hope you have a happy New Year 2011.

We are having a blizzard with up to 14" and 55mph winds as I type. I think there may be some snow dyeing in my immediate future. Thanks for the suggestion Kit.

Love the shopping cart photo! I think there are only a few places in the country who didn't see snow of some kind! So it relates to so many of us! We got a good heap down here in NC!

That sure is a lot of snow in those carts. Stay safe and don't slip on the snow.

Is that what they mean by "carting away" all the snow? I love the snow, we have lots in Iowa. So beautiful.
