| Entrance to the Art Institute of Chicago. |
Most visitors to Chicago attend the magnificent
Art Institute to see their great collection of art. Now that the
Textile department is open again, you'll see me there often. Best of all there are several gift shops scattered throughout to satisfy your arty self.

| From the National Museum of Mexican Art. |
A wonderful discovery for me is the
National Museum of Mexican Art. It's a small museum that houses an overview of delightful Mexican art. And the gift shop abounds with all the color and life of Mexico.
Just up Michigan Avenue from the Art Institute is the
Chicago Cultural Center. This grand old building hosts new exhibits on a regular basis that fill several galleries. Don't forget to stop in at the gift shop for wonderful art books, cards, and other arty things.
In summation: I've never met a gift shop I didn't like.

Have never been in those parts of the country. I would like to go to the museums in Boston area.

I lived in Chicago and Evanston for 8 years 30 years ago. Went to the Art Institue finally last year on a visit. Will check out the other two next time in town.
I have not been to the Art Institute since high school. Actuall I have been to it but not in it.
I really have to hop the train to the city once in a while.
Look forward to seeing you in June at NSQG. You are one awesome speaker!
