Free on Friday: The Natural World

Coleen's Calling Birds #13 (detail) by Laura Wasilowski
There are certain benefits in belonging to a local art group. As a member of the FAC (Fiber Artists Coalition) I get to participate in exhibits in museums around the country. Currently the FAC has a traveling exhibit called Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird. It's based on a poem of the same name by Wallace Stevens.
Art Quilt Portfolio:The Natural World by Martha Sielman
If you have missed seeing our exhibit in person, there is another option. Our FAC group exhibit was honored to be published in Martha Sielman's new book, Art Quilt Portfolio: The Natural World. And today you could win a copy of the book!

The generous people at Lark Crafts have donated a book as a give away. Just leave a comment on the Artfabrik blog today and you may be the lucky winner!
