Dyeing and Whining

Threads for my Craftsy class.
Do you ever take on things and think, I  must be out of my mind! Welcome to my world. For some reason the idea of providing kits for my Craftsy Class seemed like a good idea at the time. Now, I'm not so sure.
Assembling kits for the Bird on the Wing project.
Over the past few weeks I've dyed herds of thread and divided them into sets for the 3 different kits. I've dyed yards and yards of fabric and cut them to size and packaged everything into kits. My next job is to whine a lot about all the work I have given myself.  Come to find out, whining is the only fun part about all of this.

Oh, stop whining, Laura! Those colors are gorgeous. You're lucky to be able to make such beautiful colors for a job! I especially like the orangey peachy one. (At least that's how it looks on my monitor.)

Good for you Miss Laura. If I did hand work I'd buy a lot of that thread. Since I do machine work I'll get some of your fabric next time I see your lovely visage.

I find myself agreeing to things that seem like a good idea at the time. ;)
Whining can be fun. Go ahead. Gotta get through it.
Your kits look amazing.

They look beautiful to me. I need to get the pots out and dye the ugly and brights in my floss stash, so I have it ready for punch needle.

"What was I thinking!" is a favorite saying of mine! "Seemed like a good idea at the time!" comes in a close second! I just love your sense of humor!

Just go get a great piece of cheese and either a pear or an apple to go with your whine! That way you can enjoy it more. (I do that every summer when our temps climb to ridiculous numbers.)

It's nice that you've provided kits as an option, but if you're not enjoying the task, perhaps it would be better to stop doing it. Life's too short to do things that you don't enjoy if it's not required of you.

Kits? Kits? You're offering kits? Oh boy, Oh boy, Oh boy

Are they on the site already?

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. Why, oh, why does it seem like a breeze until we start doing it? Things always take longer than you think they will.

If you'd like, I could whine for you so you wouldn't have to multitask so...
